- Payment Information: Billed monthly via Stripe. We do not store or process card information directly on our servers; Stripe securely handles all financial transactions.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the CasaKeepr platform, including:
- Personalizing and generating your home maintenance checklist.
- Sending timezone-aware email digests and reminders when service is due.
- Syncing and maintaining subscription status securely.
- Answering support requests and resolving software bugs.
We do not sell your personal information, email, or property details to third-party advertisers or contractor companies. Our sole revenue source is the subscription fee.

We only share your information with trusted service providers necessary to operate our platform, under strict data protection terms:

- Payment Processors: Stripe handles billing and subscription status securely.

We retain your account and residence data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, your personal details, home profiles, and logged features/appliances are permanently deleted from our primary database.
