A home comes with a large amount of information, but that information is rarely handed to a new owner in one organized record.
Homeowners manage a roof, heating and cooling equipment, a water heater, appliances, plumbing, electrical equipment, gutters, and sometimes a pool.
Each of these systems has its own set of rules, filter sizes, and maintenance intervals.
The problem with memory
Maintenance can be easy to overlook when schedules, manuals, receipts, and service notes are stored in different places.
A written record makes it easier to see what was done, what is due next, and how much past work cost.
Why we exist
We built CasaKeepr because we wanted a simple, reliable tool to manage our homes without keeping a massive mental checklist or spending hours setting up a spreadsheet that we would eventually forget to update.
We wanted a system that would tell us:
- Exactly what appliances and features we have, how old they are, and what parts they need.
- When simple tasks (like filters, flushing lines, and checking safety detectors) are actually due.
- What expensive repairs we should start budgeting for in the next few years.
CasaKeepr keeps information about what a home contains, what work has been done, what it cost, and what may need attention. Paid plans support continued development without advertising service companies inside the product.
"Our goal is to give homeowners a practical place to keep the history of their home."
